Mission Possible 2030 was created in 2019 by individuals convinced about the multiple benefits of Universal Basic Income and who didn’t want to wait for governments to start implementing it. It is a small team composed of very experienced volunteers.

Lena stark

Founder of the Swedish Basic Income Party and BIEN Sweden. 25 years’ experience of running companies and start-ups. Former core-member of Unconditional Basic Income Europe. Journalist by trade, working with homeless and people with drug addictions.

Hilde Latour

Deputy Chair – Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN) EC-member Vereniging Basisinkomen Co-founder & Facilitator SOLIHub (Self Organised Learning & Innovation). Over 20 years of experience in program management

Dr. Sarath Davala

Sarath is a sociologist based in Hyderabad, India, and a strong advocate of basic income. He was the Research Director of the Madhya Pradesh Basic Income pilot study (2011-2013), and currently the Research Director of the workFREE basic income pilot with waste collectors in Hyderabad. He is the current President of Basic Income Earth Network.

Anja Askeland

Co-founder of and international contact BIEN Norway Initiator of the Nordic UBI network, UBI Nordic Coordinator of UBI Nordic conference in Oslo 2019. Manager of Staalehuset, an experimental art and culture centre in Haugesund, Norway.

Dr. Soma Sarkar

Over 20 years of experience in the fields of education, development and communication. One of the first school leaders to initiate SOLE (Self Organised Learning Environment) and Granny Cloud in India. Co-founder & Mentor in the field Self-Organised Learning & Innovation (SOLI-Hub)

Billy Onyango Juma

Is a teacher in a local school near Kowiti-A village in Kenya. He is currently the coordinator of Mission Possible 2030 Project in Kowiti-A. He is also the co-founder of Rural Action Community Based Organisation. He has been involved in UBI campaigns since 2019. Passionate about education and mobilisation of rural communities towards sustainable means of livelihoods.

Evans Ododa

Is a teacher in a school near Kowiti A in Kenya. He is the second coordinator of Mission Possible 2030 Project in Kowiti-A. He is also the co-founder of Rural Action Community Based Organisation. He has been involved in UBI campaigns since 2019. Passionate about education and mobilisation of rural communities towards sustainable means of livelihoods.
